Straight answers
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The card goes into Apple Wallet on iPhone or Google Wallet on Android, which are already on their phone.
Customers who don’t use Wallet can keep the card as a page on their phone instead.
How do customers join?
They scan the QR code on your counter poster, tap your NFC sticker or open your join link. They type their name and their phone number or email, tick to agree, and add the card.
There’s no code to type and no password to remember. Getting your news is a separate tick, so it’s their choice.
How does the free trial work?
You get the full plan you choose for 7 days. We ask for a payment card when your trial starts, but nothing is charged during the trial.
Cancel before day 7 and you won’t be charged. If you carry on, your plan starts automatically when the trial ends, and we email you a reminder before that happens.
There’s one free trial per business.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from your dashboard. Your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, and there’s no cancellation fee.
Will the card really pop up near my shop?
It can. Each card carries your shop’s location, and when a customer is nearby their phone may suggest the card on the lock screen.
The phone decides when to show it, so think of it as a helpful reminder rather than a guaranteed alert. We never receive your customers’ location.
