How does the free trial work?
You get the full plan you choose for 7 days. We ask for a payment card when your trial starts, but nothing is charged during the trial.
Cancel before day 7 and you won’t be charged. If you carry on, your plan starts automatically when the trial ends, and we email you a reminder before that happens.
There’s one free trial per business.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from your dashboard. Your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, and there’s no cancellation fee.
Can I switch plans, or go yearly later?
Yes. Switch between Starter and Pro, or between monthly and yearly, from your dashboard.
Moving down to Starter? Extra locations and cards are paused, not deleted, and you choose which ones stay on.
What happens to my customers’ cards if I cancel?
For 30 days after your plan ends, staff can still redeem rewards your customers have already earned, but no new stamps or members are added. After that, the cards show that your programme has ended.
You can export your data at any time. We delete it 90 days after your plan ends, and we email you an export link before we do.
Is there a limit on customers or scans?
No. Both plans include unlimited customers and unlimited scans.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Pounds, euros or US dollars. The country your shop is in sets the currency.
